Inclusions

• On-boarding to ensure we understand your organisation. A one-hour, virtual meeting to discuss your objectives and current operating environment.
• A full day strategic planning workshop with your team to collectively assess the current operating environment and develop and design your goals and priorities for the year ahead. Facilitated by an experienced strategic planner and facilitator, the workshop will be tailored to the needs and context of your organisation. This 7 hour workshop can be face to face or on-line.
• Quarterly check-ins (30 mins each) to review progress, ensure alignment with goals and update plans as needed. During each of these virtual sessions we will revisit your progress against your annual plan and whether any adjustments are required. Notes of the discussion will be shared with you after each check-in.
• End of year debrief during a two hour virtual meetingto reflect on achievements and help you prepare your annual report against the strategic plan. Notes from the debrief will be shared with you to use in annual reporting as required.
