Inclusions

• On-boarding to ensure we understand your organisation. A one-hour, virtual meeting to discuss your objectives and current operating environment.
• A full day strategic planning workshop with your team to collectively assess the current operating environment and develop and design your goals and priorities for the year ahead. Facilitated by an experienced strategic planner and facilitator, the workshop will be tailored to the needs and context of your organisation. This 7 hour workshop can be face to face or in-person.
• Development of bespoke reporting templates to assist you monitor progress throughout the year
• Strategy sessions with your management team. Two x 2 hour, virtual sessions scheduled throughout the year to support your management team. The timing and specific focus of these sessions can be tailored to your organisation’s needs.
• Preparation of a plan on a page for your organisation for the year ahead. As an outcome of the strategic planning workshop, we will prepare an annual strategic plan for your organisation which will be used to monitor and track progress throughout the year.
• Monthly check-in sessions (30 mins each)to review progress, ensure alignment with goals and update plans as needed. During each these virtual sessions we will revisit your progress against the plan on a page and whether any adjustments are required. Notes of the discussion will be shared with you after each check-in.
• A half day mid-year review workshop with your team to undertake a deep-dive review into progress and update plans as needed. If needed, your plan on a page will be updated to reflect the outcomes of the workshop. This four hour session will be held virtually.
• End of year debrief during a face to face or virtual half day (four hour) workshop with your team toreflect on achievements and help you prepare your annual report against the strategic plan. Notes from the debrief will be shared with you to use in annual reporting as required.
